How can I Track my Order?
Upon placing an online order, an email containing an order confirmation will be sent to you. Furthermore, once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. The tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation will become active within 24 hours. The time it takes for the carrier's digital reception of your package.

What is your return policy?
Our products are roasted and packed fresh, however should you be dissatisfied with the quality of our product(s), you may return any order within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). We will refund the purchase price and your credit will be processed within 5 – 7 business days after receipt of your return.

Where do you ship to?
We offer standard shipping to every one of the 50 states. Our aim is to dispatch orders the following business day, and generally should reach their destination within a span of 2 to 6 business days.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We're disappointed to see you leave, but we completely understand that situations can change. To cancel your subscription, you have two options: you can either send us an email at email@example.com along with your subscription number, or you can log into your account and initiate the cancellation process.
When will I receive my first coffee subscription order?
For our valued recurring customers, subscription billing occurs on the first day of every month, with coffee shipments commencing the following day. Although we cannot ensure an exact delivery date, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 5-7 days thereafter. As for new subscribers, your inaugural box will be dispatched on the next business day following your initial purchase.
What if I subscribe in the last week of the month?
We will make every effort to prioritize your order for the beginning of the upcoming month.
Can I make changes to what’s in my box?
Of course, kindly send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing your subscription order number along with your updated coffee preferences.
I recently moved and need to change my address. How do I do this?
No Worries, please contact us to confirm these changes via email, if you have a pre-paid subscription, you must contact us to make this change. If you have a recurring subscription, you can update this through your customer portal on our website. If you don’t know your login, click on the link “manage my subscription” that is included in your monthly email from Recharge. Check to see if you can do this in our subscription program
Can I change my next delivery date?
While our delivery dates remain fixed and cannot be altered, you do have the option to pause your subscription at any point.
