When you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email and a shipping confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. The tracking link you receive in the shipping confirmation will be activated within 24 hours, i.e. the time it takes for the carrier to digitally receive your package.

Standard Rate Shipping:
Standard shipping is available to all 50 states; we strive to ship orders the next business day and typically should arrive between 2 – 3 business days.

Return Policy
Our products are roasted and packed fresh, however should you be dissatisfied with the quality of our product(s), you may return any order within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). We will refund the purchase price and your credit will be processed within 5 – 7 business days after receipt of your return.
